Professor Annette Insdorf, Director of Film Studies at Columbia University and a frequent star at our festival, will present clips and a lecture on Danny Devito’s work.

The talented actor, producer and director, Danny DeVito,
has made nearly 50 films. Some of his most famous include:
One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest • Hoffa • Throw Momma from the Train • LA Confidential • Get Shorty • War of the Roses • Tin Men • Romancing the Stone • Twins and the recent Deck the Halls.

Mr Devito’s career skyrocketed when he joined the popular TV series, Taxi. He has acted in The Simpsons and Friends.
He is currently working on the series It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia
now airing on FX television.
